The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

3. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

Ship the item back to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
4. Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited to your original payment method.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

6. Order Cancellations
